In Jan-March, the province’s import revenue saw an increase of 5 percent compared to the same period of last year.
Four groups of commodities recording the highest import turnover were chemicals, up 31 percent, pesticides and materials, up 76 percent, plastic materials, up 12 percent, cotton, up 27 percent.
China, the Republic of Korea, the US and Japan remained as Dong Nai's biggest sellers in the period.
Animal feed, rubber and wooden products down 37 percent, 9 percent and 39 percent respectively.
