This has been the second incline since late last year, with a total hike of VND58,000. The retail price of a 12kg cooking gas cylinder now ranges between VND502,000 and VND526,000.
The price rise was attributed to a sharp increase in the global gas price, which is USD907.5 per tonne now, a rise of USD132.5 per tonne from the previous month.
