Among the largest buyers, the US led the way with US$99 million worth of imports from Dong Nai. It was followed by Japan and the Republic of Korea (US$17 million), the UK and Australia (US$3 million).
Dong Nai’s exports of wood and timber products saw a year-on-year increase of 10.8 percent in 2021, being the province's fourth-largest export item.
The export turnover of wood and timber products is expected to increase in the remaining months of this year in line with consumption habits.
