The daily waste treated includes over 3.3 tonnes of household garbage, more than 4,500 tonnes of normal industrial waste and nearly 4,200 of hazardous waste.
Currently, the province has three waste treatment projects under implementing investment procedures for construction, namely projects of Dong Xanh Company, Long Thanh Green Environment Company and waste-to-electricity project. They are expected to complete construction before 2025.
