(ĐN)- Dong Nai People’s Committee has just approved Bien Hoa city’s land using plan in 2021.
Accordingly, the city will deploy 335 projects, covering a total land area of over 2,575 hectares.
Of the projects, there are 95 residential area projects, covering a total land area of 1,335 hectares; 47 traffic infrastructure ones, 197 hectares; 33 service and trading ones, 269 hectares; 4 industrial parks, 236 hectares.
The city is home to the most projects which are approved for implementation by Dong Nai People’s Committee.
