The figure accounted for nearly 28.36 percent of total loans and increased some 0.02 percent compared to the end of 2019, reported Dong Nai branch of State Bank.
The preferential loans have been used to invest in technical infrastructure and help local residents to develop production, making contributions to local economic development.
