(ĐN) – According to Department of Planning and Investment, the EU's total investment in Dong Nai as of the beginning of this year reached more than US$2.8 billion, an increase of over US$100 million compared to the middle of last year.
So far, 13 EU nations have invested in the province with the number of existing projects at 71. The biggest investors include the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany.
Regarding the investment sectors, the EU investors mainly put their money into machinery production, electronics, textile and garment, etc.
Most of their investments are in advanced technology and environmentally-friendly projects.
