(ĐN)- In 2016, tourist areas in Tan Phu welcomed more than 237,000 tourists including some 11,000 foreign arrivals, a year-on-year increase of 6 percent.
Accordingly, the district’s tourism sector earned around VND36.2 billion in revenue, up 14.2 percent from the same period last year.
Last year, local tourist sites such as Cat Tien National Park and Suoi Mo Park attracted scores of visitors.
In the coming time, the locality will continue to launch a number of tours, focusing on eco-tourism and promoting new tourism services and products, according to Vice Chairman Vu Hoai Ha of Tan Phu district People’s Committee.
