Accordingly, outstanding loans in Vietnam dong increased 1.5% while loans in foreign currencies up 0.8%.
In the period, short-term lending interest rates in VND at state commercial banks were between 6 and 9 percent per annum while middle and long-term one were between 9 and 11 percent per annum. The USD lending interest rate is stabilized at 2.8-5% for short term and 5.1-6% for middle and long term.
