(ĐN)- In 2016, Dong Nai province invested VND10 billion to build, upgrade and repair 8 rural markets in 5 districts of Tan Phu, Trang Bom, Cam My, Vinh Cuu and Long Thanh, according to the provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
The move aimed to ensure food hygiene and preventing fire and explosion as well as gradually eradicate temporary markets.
As of early 2017, the province has been home to 171 markets, 10 supermarkets and 5 trading centers.
