At the ceremony, Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee Dinh Quoc Thai highly appreciated the achievements made by the company over the past years, adding his wish that Dong Nai Port will strive to continue investing promptly in its project to meet the increasing demand.

Since 2011, Dong Nai Port JS Company has achieved high growth. Particularly, its turnover has risen from VND126 billion in 2011 to VND412 billion in 2016.
The port handled 4.5 million tones of goods in 2016, increasing 25 percent over the same period in 2015; and 382,000 TEU (twenty-foot equivalent units, a standard unit for describing a ship’s cargo capacity).
Earlier, Dong Nai Port JS Company had signed contracts with 20 big shipping companies in the world to transport goods for their customers at Dong Nai Port.
