(ĐN)- Vice Chairman of Dong Nai People’s Committee Nguyen Quoc Hung on December 29 presided over a working session on adjusting master plan on socio-economic development of Nhon Trach district until 2020 with a vision to 2025.

In the 2016-2020 period, Nhon Trach has set targets of increasing GRDP from 8-9 percent and by 2020, industrial-construction will reach nearly 91 percent, service, more than 8 percent, agro-forestry-fishery products, 1 percent and income per capita will reach US$5,300-5,800.
By 2020, Nhon Trach is estimated to become the province’s big industrial and service urban area, satellite urban area of HCM city with modern infrastructure, linking with expressways, belt roads and urban railway line.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung asked relevant departments and sectors to develop the district to become a green, clean and beautiful city as well as increase forest coverage. The district have to strive to become type-2 urban area in 2020, he said.
