(ĐN)- An Hao bridge will be opened to traffic on April 30, 2017 and officially completed on September, the investor said at a meeting hosted by Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh on November 17.
Currently, construction of An Hao bridge is on schedule. The investor and Bien Hoa city authority is making efforts to ensure the implementation progress of site compensation and clearance for the project.
So far, the city finished more than 70 percent of site clearance and needs additional VND23 billion to pay compensation for remaining residents.
At the working session, Vice Chairman Tran Van Vinh requested the investor to collaborate with the city to quickly complete compensation and resettlement work to ensure the bridge to open to traffic on April 2017.
As designed, the bridge will link Hiep Hoa Isle (Pho Isle) and the intersection of highways 1 and 51 near Vung Tau Intersection.
An Hao bridge and nearby roads will help connect the financial, commercial and service center built at the premises of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone to Pho Isle cultural and ecotourism center in Bien Hoa City.
