Phan Dinh Tham, General Manager of Sonadezi, reported the figures at the working session on August 2 chaired by Vice Chairman of Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Quoc Hung on the trade and production situation as well as to remove difficulties for the corporation.
The difficulties Sonadezi is facing included the adjustment of land unit prices in accordance with Decree 142 of the Government is much higher than those of infrastructure companies signed with enterprises, the compensation for site clearance of some projects is behind schedule which affected the completion procedures of the projects of Long Thanh Industrial Park, Tam An Residential Area, expansion of Dong Nai Port, etc.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Quoc Hung said that in the coming time, the province will ask localities to support the acceleration of the compensation for site clearance for investors, The province also suggested relevant departments, sectors to sooner calculate to adjust unit prices for land leased at Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 as well as petitioned the corporation’s difficulties to the Government for solution.
