Organica, which sells imported and local organic produce, on Sunday opened a new shop at 47 Ton That Thiep Street in HCM City's District 1, its fifth nation-wide.
The shop has set aside 80 per cent for displaying and selling organic-certified products, and the rest for local specialities and products with environment-friendly certification.
All products have hygiene and food safety certificates and their origins can be traced.
Organica has the first vegetable farm in the country -in Dong Nai Province - to be awarded two organic farming certificates from the US and the EU.
