(ĐN)- Eighty businesses were honored with the 2015 National Quality Awards and Global Performance Excellence Awards at a ceremony held in Hanoi on May 8.
Accordingly, 3 win Global Performance Excellence Awards, 20 received National Quality Gold Awards while 57 took silver, according to Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Tran Viet Thanh.
Among the winners, 10 enterprises came from Dong Nai, including Electrical Equipment J.S Company, Vinacafe Bien Hoa, Tin Nghia Gas J.S Company, Tin Nghia Corporation, Dongnai Power - Electromechanincs J.S Company, Tai Tien Co., PV Power Nhon Trach 2, Dong Nai Rubber Corporation and two centers of Department of Science and Technology.
The annual National Quality Awards serve as an effective tool for companies to evaluate their operational efficiency and management to increase productivity, goods and service quality, and competitiveness.
The granting ceremony forms part of activities to celebrate the Vietnam Science and Technology Day, which falls on May 18.
