(ĐN)- A Japanese delegation from Saitama Prefecture on May 10 paid a courtesy visit to Dong Nai’s leaders on the occasion of their visit to Vietnam to study investment environment.

At the working session, Vice Chairman introduced the delegation to the province’s socio-economic development and foreign investment attraction. Accordingly, Dong Nai has lured more than 200 projects from Japan with a total capitalization of more than US$3.7 billion.
Vice Chairman highly appreciated Japanese investors’ contributions to the province in the past years and pledged that Dong Nai would continue standing side by side with the investors. He also stressed that Dong Nai will be attractive destination for investors involved in Japanese businesses in the coming time once the construction of the Long Thanh international airport and the upgrade of local technical infrastructure system are completed.
The delegation’s representative, Mr. Hiroshi Suzuki, shared his good impression of Dong Nai and its foreign investment attraction. He promised to do his utmost to foster the relation between Saitama and Dong Nai, and expressed his believe that there will be more Japanese investors to operate in the province following the visit.
