Over the past five years, the commune has make efforts to meet criteria on health care, education, electricity and clean water access.
Income per capita of individuals in Phuoc Thien increased from VND19 million in 2010 to VND48 million now; meanwhile, poverty rate has dropped to 0.5 percent.
On this occasion, Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee donated VND500 million to build a social welfare project in the commune.
