A cable-stayed bridge connecting HCM City's outlying districts of Nha Be and Can Gio is planned to be built this August, and completed within 47 months.
The construction is part of Ben Luc – Long Thanh expressway project, running through Long An Province, HCM City and Dong Nai Province. It is 2.7 kilometres in length and 21.75 metres wide, and will have four lanes. Total investment capital for the bridge will be more than VND3 trillion ($137 million).
