(ĐN)- Local commercial banks had by March 31 disbursed more than VND121 billion from the 30 trillion-VND housing support package to home buyers and a realty developer, according to Dong Nai branch of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).
Accordingly, the banks offered loans to 188 individuals with a total capital of VND65.7 billion. Of which, nearly VND29 billion was disbursed to 134 borrowers purchasing social houses.
Recently, Dong Nai branch of Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) has signed a contract valued at more than VND55.5 billion with Vietnam Urban and Industrial Zone Development Investment Corporation.
Many businesses are unable to access loans from the package because they have not yet met borrowing conditions.
