(ĐN)- Dong Nai provincial People’s Committee (PC) on November 19 worked with Dong Nai Import Export Processing Agricultural Products and Foods Company (Donafoods) to remove difficulties for the company.
As of the middle of November, Donafoods earned an estimated turnover of VND673 billion, fulfilling 86 percent of the year’s plan. Of the total, its export revenue reached nearly US$33 million. However, the company is experiencing some difficulties, particularly a lack of capital to purchase raw material.
Presently, Donafoods needs around VND50 billion to buy raw cashew for processing for export.
Vice Chairman Tran Minh Phuc of PC suggested related agencies and banks to create favourable conditions for the company to access loans in order to purchase raw material.
