The 200.3-km expressway worth VND32 trillion will connect Dau Giay T-junction in Dong Nai province to Lien Khuong airport in Lam Dong province.
The section when complete will have a width of 25.5 meters and include four lanes.
The project is divided into two stages, with the first beginning at Dau Giay to Bao Loc with a total investment of over VND20.5 trillion, the second from Bao Loc to Lien Khuong costing around VND11.9 trillion.
If approved, the project will start construction in 2015 and is expected to open for traffic in 2018.
To recover the investment, the BOT investor will start toll collection from 2018, which will last for around 30 years.
