They registered a total capital of over VND6.4 trillion, up 27 percent from the same period in 2013.
These enterprises will operate in the fields of agriculture, wood processing, garment and textile, construction, machinery, restaurants and credit operations.
In Jan-Sept, 470 operational projects registered to add some VND8 trillion into their investment.
