The over 8.4ha project stretches over 1 km along Dong Nai river. It is divided into three stages between 2013 and 2022 at a total investment of around VND3.2 trillion.

The first stage of the project, from 2013-2016, consists of building embankments along the river and a green park, developing the infrastructure and improving the environment.
The project is scheduled to start on September 17.
