Ten out of 63 cities and provinces — Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, Dong Nai, Can Tho and Ba Ria – Vung Tau – accounted for 50 per cent of the subsidy amount.
