Under the agreement, two sides were unanimously in establishing strategic partner relationship and committed stable, firm and long-term relationships based on the mutually trustworthy and beneficial cooperation in many aspects.
Particularly, the province and the corp will work together to deploy the project of hi-tech industrial park and service urban area covering a total area of 1.285 hectares in Long Thanh district with the total investment of US$530 million. Once completed, it will become a new urban area of international stature, ensuring the province’s harmonious and sustainable development on socio-economic, environment, and urban scenery.

The project is expected to become a model of urban industrial infrastructure in Dong Nai province and the country as well.
As known, Amata Corporation has invested in Dong Nai since 1994.
