Construction on the Ben Luc- Long Thanh Highway at the cost of VND31.3 trillion (US$1.6 billion) will start on July 19.
The 57.1 km highway will run through Long An Province, HCM City and Dong Nai Province.
The highway will be built under expressway standard-Level A with designed speed of 120 km/h. Ben Luc-Long Thanh expressway has eight lanes in the designing map.
