(ĐN)- As of early July, Dong Nai has set up 53 automated observation stations to monitor wastewater and exhaust air, according to the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
Of which, 21 stations have been built by the local enterprises, the rest was invested by the Government.
The stations will transmit observation data to the province's Department of Natural Resources and Environment, which will help the department identify industrial parks that do not treat their wastewater in according to regulations.
So far, the local enterprises have invested more than VND800 billion to build and upgrade waste treatment systems.
