Under the agreement, the Okamura Tokyo will undertake the management and supervision of all day-to-day activities relating to the building including security, sanitation and tree planting, customer care, handling complaints, collecting fees, etc. The Pegasus Plaza is scheduled to put into operation by the end of this year.
Okamura Tokyo Co., a subsidiary of Japan’s Okamura Home Group, specializes in comprehensive management of property and assets, operation and maintenance of buildings, broking and consulting services.
