The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by Minister of Transport Dinh La Thang and leaders of Binh Thuan and Dong Nai provinces.
The BOT (build-transfer-operators) project has an estimated total investment of more than VND2,068 billion, financed by Ministry of Defence’s 319 Corporation.
The project aims to boost the socio-economic development of two provinces as well as minimize traffic accidents in the localities.
It is expected to put into operation by the end of 2014.
