(ĐN)- According to the report from Dong Nai Industrial Zones Authority (DIZA), the province’s 31 industrial parks (IPs) managed to lease out nearly 44 hectares of land to investors last month.
Most of land was rented at the industrial parks of Long Duc, Amata, Nhon Trach 3, An Phuoc, Dau Giay and Giang Dien.
So far, the province's IPs has leased more than 4,000 hectares of land, accounting of 62,65 percent of total rentable area.
Dong Nai has a high IP occupancy rate, but several parks in mountainous areas where have disadvantages in transportation and socio-economic infrastructure are languishing with little or no investment.
As known, Dong nai’s IPs cover an area of nearly 10,000 hectares.
