(ĐN)- Dong Nai Power Company (DNPC) on Tuesday organized a ceremony to review its production and trade activities in 2012 and work out the plans for 2013.
Chairman Dinh Quoc Thai of the provincial People’s Committee attended the ceremony.
In 2012, DNPC supplied 7.791 billion kWh of electricity, an increase of 9.22 % year-on-year. More than 112 million kWh of electricity has been saved last year, representing 102.4% of the whole year’s target.
DNPC will strive to ensure the power supply for production and daily life in 2013. Accordingly, the company targets to generate electricity output of 8.5 billion kWh, 9.17 percent higher than in 2012, try to reduce electricity loss rate by 3.04 percent and reach the target of more than 99.5 percent of rural households to get access to electricity.
