The figure saw an increase of 0.86% compared to late last year.
The bad debts of third, fourth and fifth groups reached more than VND1.8 trillion, making up 2.88% of total outstanding balances of the banking sector, up 0.05% over the beginning of this year.
The branch also reported that the fifth-group debts stood at VND940 billion, making up nearly 1.3 percent of total loans.
