(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s import turnover reached nearly $840 million in October, down 12.4 percent against the previous month. The revenue from imports were more than $8.6 billion in Jan-Oct period, decreasing 2.9 percent from the same period last year.

(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s import turnover continued the downward trend in October, dipping 0.2% against the preceding month to some US$840 million.
Overall in Jan-Oct, import turnover reached more than US$8.6 billion, a decrease of 2.9% year-on-year.
Particularly, the value of machines and spare parts imported saw a drop of over 5 percent, while steel, industrial chemical and plastic imports fell by 6.4 percent, 2.8 percent and 1.5 percent, respectively.
Besides, the value of auto spare parts went down by 3% while the number of imported cars also decreased in first ten months, at 700 vehicles compared to the same period of last year.
