Particularly, investment and development spending was VND2.1 trillion, up 42 percent ; regular expenditure reached VND4.3 trillion or 73.5 percent of the yearly forecast, up 24 percent.
In the remaining months of the year, the province will continue efforts to overcome shortcomings in budget collection and expenses, effectively use the state budget for development.
