(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s consumer price index (CPI) in September rose 2.47 percent against the previous month, according to report from the provincial Statistics Office.

(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s consumer price index (CPI) in September rose 2.47 percent against the previous month, according to report from the provincial Statistics Office.

The report also indicated that prices of all items in the basket of goods to calculate CPI have marked up this month.  

Among these, the highest price rise was recorded in medicines and healthcare services, up 32 percent from August.

Due to the most recent fuel price hike on August 27, transport services have gone up 4.3% month-on-month. It was followed by the group of housing, electricity, fuel and construction materials with 3.8%.

Food and catering services also saw a slight increase of the September index against last month’s figure.
