(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s industrial parks, until the middle of this month, have attracted some US$780 million in foreign direct investment (FDI), an increase of 6 times against the same period last year, according to Dongnai Industrial Zones Authority.
The figure included more than US$530 million in registered capital from 15 new foreign-invested projects and a combined addition of over US$240 million from 21 operational projects.
In order to attract more foreign investment, the province is now concentrating on enhancing infrastructure and setting up more industrial zones as well as supporting them by solving problems related to procedures and investment certificates.
In this period, the province also licensed 5 new domestic projects with a total capital of VND710 billion.
