(ĐN)- On April 12, Dong Nai province People’s Committee held an investment promotion conference in Osaka prefecture to call upon more Japanese businesses to invest in Dong Nai province. 115 investors from Osaka, Hyogo and Kyoto provinces attended the event.

At the conference, the delegation introduced the province’s potential and offer preferential policies and answered questions from potential investors.
On this occasion, Chairman of People’s Committee presented an investment license to $4.37 million project of Belmont Co, a supplier of dental and medical products. Dong Nai’s industrial park developers also signed memoranda of understanding with Japanese investors.
Presently, Japan ranks third among foreign investors in Dong Nai with 107 projects totaling more than US$1.94 billion.

Earlier, the delegation also made a courtesy visit to Osaka’s leaders and was welcomed by Osaka prefecture’s Deputy Governor.
