The event was organized by Dong Nai province People’s Committee in cooperation with Vietnamese Embassy in Japan, Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Asean-Japan Centre, Japanese Business Association in Dong Nai, and Sojitz Corp.
More than 250 Japanese enterprises participated in the conference to seek information and investment opportunities in Viet Nam.
At the conference, industrial park developers, including Sonadezi, Tin Nghia Corp, Dofico, Amata VN, D2D, Long Khanh IP, Dau Giay IP and corporations of Loc Khang, Do Thanh, Thong Nhat and Toan Thinh Phat, signed memoranda of understanding with Japanese investors.
On this occasion, Chairman of People’s Committee granted an investment license to $441 million project of LIXIL Corp, a leading manufactor of building materials and housing equipment in Japan.

Earlier, Dong Nai’s delegation had paid courtesy visit to Vietnamese Embassy in Japan and worked with JETRO.
According to the plan, the delegation will hold another investment promotion conference in Osaka on April 12.
