The fund will be allowed to mandate credit organizations to provide preferential loans for SMEs to carry out feasible projects that are in prioritised fields and in line with the fund’s purpose.
Until the end of September, Dong Nai’s SMEs have been provided VND2,379 billion in loans for for agriculture and rural areas, accounting for 27.39% of the province’s total outstanding debt in this field. In this period, the banks offered preferential loans totaling VND410 billion to help the SMEs overcome difficulties.
