After the establishment of the Fund, the Dong Nai Scientific Association for Development of Talent and Human Resources has convened its first meeting during which they elected the fund management committee. Mr. Nguyen Ta Thuong, former Director of the Dong Nai branch of the State Bank of Vietnam was elected Managing Director of the Fund.
