The model homes with two to five bedrooms and a children’s playground were introduced to guests and potential customers at the event.
VinaLiving has set aside some US$64 million to develop the Sen Phuong Nam Villas project, which covers nearly 22.5 hectares in Nhon Trach District and is designed with 332 villas of 210 to 350 square meters each. The foundation of some 200 villas has been completed.
The developer said some 40% of the total villas had been sold with prices ranging from VND3.7 billion to VND8.8 billion per unit.
The project is part of the larger Dai Phuoc Lotus project which is being developed on 200 hectares on Ong Con Islet in the district with total capital of some US$400 million. It is developed by a joint venture between VinaCapital Real Estate Ltd and Vina Dai Phuoc Corp and Development Investment Construction Corporation (DIC).
