Non-state enterprises saw the strongest growth, with an increase of 19.6 percent against the same period last year, followed by foreign invested enterpises, up 18.8 per cent, local state-owned enterprises, up 9.1 per cent and central state-owned enterprises, up 2.7 per cent.
