(ĐN)- The price of coffee in Dong Nai province has hit its four-year record high, reaching VND40,500 per kilo for first grade coffee beans. The price of coffee in the province increased by VND 10,000 per kilo compared with October 2010.
Coffee prices in Dong Nai have seen successive steep increases since the middle of last month. Over the past month, coffee prices in the province increased from VND 38,000 – VND 39,000 per kilo to VND40,500 per kilo. The rise in the price of coffee locally is due to the overall rise in the world market.
