Dong Nai’s trade gap estimated at US$1.1 bil in 2010

(ĐN)- Dong Nai’s export turnover in 2010 is estimated at around US$7.1 billion, a year-on-year increase of more than 20%, according to Dong Nai Department of Industry and Trade.

Particularly, exports from central enterprises this year will increase by 8.6% compared to last year, the local enterprises, 12.8%, and the foreign-invested enterprises, 21.4%.

Coffee, bee honey, footwear, textile and garment, refined wooden and woodwork will post impressive year-on-year growth this year.

Dong Nai is also expected to earn US$8.1 billion from imports in 2010, up 23% against the previous year. Major import products are raw materials for production, cashew nuts, etc.

The province’s trade gap this year is estimated at US$1.1 billion
