Realty developer upbeat about home sales in Dong Nai

Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, director of Tinnghia Land, one of two distributors of the Thung Lung Xanh (Green Valley) project, said some 1,000 villa lots and row houses in the project have been snapped up with prices of around VND3.6 million per square meter or some VND450 million for a row house and VND750 million for a villa.

Green Valley is underway at a 45-hectare site at An Phuoc in Long Thanh District, near the new provincial administrative center, with some 1,200 lots for villas and row houses as well as a commercial center.

Huong said that since it was hard for housing developers to earn big profit at the moment, many of them had shifted their business strategies by setting prices at reasonable levels to attract customers.

In addition to good products and reasonable prices, transparent sales policy is key to wooing customers.
