(ĐN)- According to Dong Nai Branch of the State Bank of Vietnam, the province-based commercial banks mobilized a total of approximately VND45 trillion in the first eight months of the year, nearly 29 percent year-on-year increase; foreign currency deposits account for approximately 15 percent of total deposits.

Presently, there are 36 commercial banks operating in Dong Nai with 43 branches and more than 130 transaction offices and savings banks.
Until the end of August, the banks’ loan turnover is estimated to reach around VND42 trillion, up 20 percent from the same eight month period last year.
