(ĐN)- According to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Dong Nai province’s agriculture - forestry - fishery sector is estimated to reach production value of more than VND3,170 billion in the first half of the year, an increase year-on-year of 2.5 percent.
Particularly, the agricultural production value estimated at approximately VND2,800 billion, forestry at nearly VND34 billion and fishery at around VND346 billion.
The breeding sector had the highest growth rate of 18 percent in the first six months. The proportion of the animal breeding sector accounts for nearly 44 per cent of the agriculture industry.
