At the meeting, the provincial leaders heard reports on socio-economic development, which showed positive results in terms of human resource development, the administrative reforms, prevention of and fight against crime and drug trafficking, environmental protection….
Dong Nai’s major industries have showed strong growth over the past five years with the average annual growth rate of 20 per cent. In addition, trade, tourism, services, post and telecommunications have also achieved rapid and sustainaible growth.
Addressing at the meeting, chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vo Van Mot asked local agencies and departments to set adequate targets for the final year of the five-year socio-economic development plan of Dong Nai in order to present at the upcoming congress of the Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee.
