(ĐN)- Although facing many difficulties because of inflation and high input material prices, Dong Tien Garment Company (Dovitec)’s leaders and employees has made reasonable efforts to fulfill and surpass the set targets in the 2005-2009 period. Accordingly, Dong Tien Garment Company (Dovitec) achieved VND82 billion in profit from a total turnover of more than VND1,100 billion, increased 7 times and 2 times, respectively, compared to the last period (2000-2005).
Over the past five years, the company contributed VND23 billion to the state budget, three times higher than that of the previous period. The monthly average salary of employees in the company reaches VND3 million, double the figure of 2005.
In order to honour Dovitec’s efforts and achievements, State President awarded first -rank Labor Medal to the company’s leaders and employees. Besides, Dong Tien was honored with the title of "Labour Hero in the Renewal Process" in 2006.
Dong Tien targets the annual profit growth of 15 percent in the next five years, strive to increase income of worker by 15 percent.
